Bookings

All appointments are by booking only at our Mitcham studio. We do not offer home visits.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the slot to another client.

Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client's time.

Payments

We accept card, bank transfer and cash. Payment is taken at the studio at the end of your appointment.

Health & hygiene

Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Our tools are sterilised between clients following professional standards.

Liability

STTUDIO BL is not liable for post-appointment damage caused by improper aftercare. Aftercare guidance is provided at every visit.
